1. Account Assistant (Contractual)

Pay Scale : Rs 20000/- P.M.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Computer Knowledge.
2. Data Entry Operator (Contractual)
No. of post: 1
Age : 18 to 43 years.
Pay Scale : Rs 12000/- P.M.Educational qualification : Higher Secondary passed with 6 (six) months Diploma/certificate in computer Proficiency from a recognized Institute.
Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age as on 01-08-2018. Relaxation of age will be admissible in case of S. C. and S. T. Candidates as per existing Rules.
How to apply: The application with self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational qualification, Age, Caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card/ Diploma in Computer Application along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by candidate on the reverse side should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 9th February, 2018.
The applicants shall mention their mobile no. in the application, without fail. Application without Mobile Number will be disqualified. The last date of receipt of application is 9th February,2O18. No application will be entertained after the last date. The list of eligible candidates along with date of interview shall be uploaded in the official website of Sivasagar District Judiciary (www.sivasasarjudiciary.gov.in) in due course. No Personal Call letter will be send to applicant for written test/viva.
The Engagement of the Account Assistant and Data Entry operator shall be a period of one year from the date
of joining in service under following terms and conditions:
1. The appointment of such person is purely temporary and on contract basis and does not entitle the
person for being regularized in Government service'
2. After expiry of the contract period of 01( one ) year the contractual agreement will automatically stand
terminated.
3. The Services of the Account Assistant and Data Entry operator may be extended after appropriate break
in service subject to the approval of Hon'ble the Executive Chairman, Assam State Legal Services
Authority, Guwahati.
The Selection Procedure shall include Screen test/ Written test followed by Viva-voice
